CORNUBIA MALL

Cornubia Mall is the latest addition to KZN’s booming Malls, with over 120 000 m2 of covered area, about 90 000 m2 of retail and massive parking space, it was a challenge from the offset. Massive number of bases and columns set out on daily bases using LEICA TS12 Robotic instrument. Control put in by LEICA GNSS (GPS) and levelled with an electronic level.

OCEANS UMHLANGA HOTEL

The project worth R3.8 billion is one of the largest mixed used development in South Africa consisting of the Ruddison Blu Oceans Hotel, a mall and 600 apartments. World class structure which requires world class survey, excellent survey quality, exact and accuracy. In such demanding conditions we use Leica Robotic 2” TS12p to set out the building (slab edges, lift shafts, pre and post concrete checks, column starters, gridlines, upstand wall, asbuilts , etc ), Model Maker program to convert DWG/DXF drawings and create setting out points directly from MM CAD file.
